GrassRoots Institute General Meetings

The GrassRoots Institute meets regularly via zoom and in person- coming together to celebrate the work we are doing and make plans for the future.

Once a quarter the GRI comes together in person- on the 4th Sunday of the month, just after the fourth Sunday Caspar Breakfast, from 12-2 in person at the Caspar Community Center. Though the format for these meetings is flexible, they generally start with a guest speaker and Q&A, have a short break, and then make time for breakout groups and brainstorming.

In the interim months, we occasionally meet as well. These meetings provide a platform for our working groups to check in with each other, learn about other relevant work in the community, and brainstorm for the future as needed. Our meetings tend to last for about two hours, and we like to start with a guest speaker either from the GRI, or whose work aligns with our mission.
